1 1/2 cup chopped Cooked shrimp – about 15 large shrimp (chopped)
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 Lime (juiced)
2 Persian cucumbers (diced)
1/3 cup Red bell pepper (diced)
1/4 cup Red onion (finely sliced)
A sprinkle of Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Urban Meadow olive oil
